On August 8th, 2026, Alex Song, Darren Zhang, and Mia Cao assisted special needs participants to continue to complete the spaghetti tower challenge using creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving to improve their designs.

Alongside this challenge, participants also explored hands-on LEGO activities and took part in outdoor sports such as pickleball at the cricket club. Through a mix of building, learning, and active recreation, the day encouraged collaboration, resourcefulness, and community engagement—values that are central to our approach to youth environmental education.
