On April 25th, volunteers led 30 children in a fun "Bird Feeder" activity. Using recycled plastic bottles and recycled spoons and chopsticks, the kids used their creativity to cut, design, and transform materials into creative birdfeeders. The room was filled with laughter and excitement. The young designers used their scissors and designing skills to masterfully create an effective, fully sustainable birdfeeder. By making sustainability fun and educational, Green Toronto continues to inspire young people to care for the environment. We can’t wait for the next creative green adventure!
